Contact Strategic Development Insights
Tell SDI what your organization is evaluating, why the decision matters, and what evidence is currently missing. A focused first conversation will determine whether SDI is the right fit and what an appropriate scope could include.
Engagement Enquiry
Complete the fields below. Selecting “Prepare your email” will open your device’s email application with the information organized into a draft for you to review and send.
Before the First Conversation
You do not need a finished terms of reference. A clear explanation of the decision and operating context is enough to begin assessing fit.
Identify who will use the analysis and what authority or responsibility they hold.
Explain when the decision must be made and whether another process determines that timing.
Describe relevant data, prior research, internal documents, and stakeholder access that may be available.
Clarify whether the output will support entry, investment, export, policy, institutional, or implementation decisions.
What Happens Next
An initial enquiry does not create a consulting engagement. It begins a structured assessment of fit, evidence needs, and the most appropriate next step.
SDI reviews the decision question, context, timing, and apparent fit with its analytical practices.
If there is a potential fit, a short call is proposed to clarify the decision, intended users, evidence access, and required output.
Where appropriate, SDI prepares a written scope covering methods, deliverables, responsibilities, timing, assumptions, and professional fees.
